Hedgemont extravert shop progression bug

Ive restarted the game in hopes to fix it but no luck in fixing it.

I’m having this problem too. 

I just downloaded the game on release day and I made it past the pier and into San Van. But when I go to the extrovert shop it doesn’t pop up the shop it just shows my Hub page it won’t let me collect the loot box I’m supposed to get. And I can’t progress to more challenges. 

I can't progress past the hedgemont shop. I hold Y to access the shop, but the main menu just opens up, shop and missions still locked. 

I have to go in the Extravert shop for the tutorial and it opens for a second then goes on to the pause menu and I have tried restarting my Xbox and uninstalling the game but it still doesn't work please fix

I’m having the exact same issue, have tried uninstalling game and re-installing but no luck. I heard if you joined a party with someone of a higher level who then completed a challenge it would fix it but it’s been hours and no luck. 

Same happens for me on pc, needs to be in the day 1 patch or at least a way to erase save file so I can try again

I completed up to when you unlock the shop in hegdemont I got the item from the shop it wanted me to get and after have not received any more mission that game keeps telling me to do more mission but the tab is locked and none are on the map. How can I fix this as there’s no way to progress at all 

Making me unable to finish the tutorial missions.

I have this exact issue, except i didnt even get the shirt or whatever it gives you.. I've skated around the map for hours no mission popups, I've went to the same exact location my homies are going when they get mission popups, none pop ip for me still. Really frustrating that in the pre-alpha the game worked almost flawless for me, now early access is out and it's almost unplayable
