Ever since the update I have not been able to get into the game whatsoever every time I try and get into the game I'm either met with an infinite loading screen or a message that says connection lost error code 3967269002. Then the line below that says you have been kicked from the server see ea.com/unabled-2-connect for additional information.
I have also sadly been having this problem as well, I have been searching the internet black and blue trying to find a solution but have found nothing yet
