After paying over $70 for the premium pack and my kid then not being able to play the game, not getting any reply from support or any news when it’s going to be patched is just an unbelievable and pathetic lack of service and just shows how much EA care about their fans and gamers. It’s shameful and deceitful from a respectable billion dollar company in this day and age. As a parent who has supported EA and bought a ton of titles this will be the last time i do. I’m also reporting this to the marketing ombudsman.
