I had this recently, I did nothing weird to my computer, infact had it on when I played it, still on when I came back - and suddenly started consistently loading into black screen into immediately getting kicked and given 3967269002 error code.
Fixed by restarting pc

Edit: OK I recreated it by starting the game with obs running, I spawned without obs running, so I think it might be system resource related somehow, I wonder if the game is freezing long enough on spawn that you get kicked -- because if you have a long enough freeze in normal gameplay you get kicked
