Infinitely stuck on loading screen after i press start

Im infinitely stuck on loading screen for 3 days now i tried everything,uninstall the game repair the game update my gpu update my other parts of my pc but nothing works. Please fix it (steam name Foukos) If you need more information to find me tell me.
