Hello I'd like to report a bug that I thought would have been fixed.
I have and issue when ever I'm trying to use the "instant replay" feature, when ever I make a clip or try scrubbing through the clip without fail on every trick within the video it stutters (lags) and misses the whole trick making it impossible to use the feature completely.
I'm on xbox one. I have provided a clip to show the problem.

this has been a recurring issue for a very long time now, im on PC so it might be different but I noticed I get stutters when im scrubbing through the timeline just like you showed in the video but after I export the video the stutters are no longer present in the file, which is good but also bad because most serious filmers prefer screen recording the replay at a higher quality like 4k because the games export rendering is very bad specially at 4k. There is a massive community who share clips and EA needs to fix the stutters once and for all.
