Invisible party members/ Other players

Randomly when going to far from a session marker party is invisible and can't be fixed with old methods. New session markers doesn't fix it, doing missions doesn't fix it, teleporting doesn't. The spectate camera is stuck at the old session marker and if returned to that area players are visible again but only around the original session marker the spectate camera is stuck at.
