Issue With Purchasing Skate. Premium

On March 10th, I purchased Skate. Premium for 1000 San Van Bucks, but instead 2000 San Van Bucks were taken from my account. I am well aware there is a deluxe version of Skate. Premium that includes 4000 Tix; however, I also did not receive that. Which means some bug happened that either made me purchase the deluxe version and gave me no extra tix, or I was charged for the Skate. Premium twice. Either way, I would like to know how I can have this issue resolved. I already contacted an EA advisor to no avail. I was told that "Those specific transactions and currency balances are managed by a separate system that we can't manually override or adjust from here. And this is permanent." I find this to be unacceptable, as the San Van Bucks equate to real currency, which means ten of my real-life dollars were just metaphorically burned because the "system" had a bug.
