As the team continues to work on various softlock issues, they have identified a fix for being stuck on Isle of Grom.
This fix was rolled out with update 0.27.7, however, for those stuck it may not have retroactively fixed the issue.
Overnight (Oct 8), a fix was pushed for those still stuck on Isle of Grom and we've seen reports of players logging in and being automatically pushed to San Vansterdam.
If you still stuck on the Island after completing the tutorial (Ferry won't show up), please post the following:

when i pick up the board on starter island the game just crashes.

A couple seconds after getting the board on the tutorial island my game crashes. If I skip the dialogue of the board it still crashes.

Played on steam and the EA launcher, same crash on both
Crash Message is "Failed to Allocate Memory".
I have 64gb Ram and a RTX 4 series card so that shouldn't be a problem.Been trying to get this to work for almost four hours now.
'Holy Huck' Mission in Gullcrest goals all completed multiple times but shows 5/6 goals completed on the map

Can't even get down the ramp without a "memory" issue

I have tried to play on both Steam and EA app
on both launchers I have gotten up to the part of the tutorial where you drop in on the mega ramp and it says I have experienced a low memory issue and my pc failed to allocate the memory.
I have watched many videos and none have seemed to work.

Stuck in tutorial after the grinds still cant even load into the game and if i do its just a white screen tried through both steam and EA nither worked
I'm on PC and after MANY crashes I could barely make it through the character creator, only to be met with a long loading screen, then an empty black void with the compass unmoving at the top, with only the start/pause menu useable. Since then it has not launched again even ONCE. Clearly this is a big issue here, more than just making it off the island but even getting TO the tutorial itself. I want to play this game but to go through all of this just to get the game running is insufferable.

Hi there is a mission called tour 2: bag of tricks. don't dump where you skate. step 6/8 where i crashed and now can no longer pick up the last trashbag that is needed to be picked up i'm stuck at 16 out of 17 to collect
