Missing Skate Insider/Playtest Rewards

To whom it may concern,

I am sadly still missing my skate. Insider Rewards and I've tried to be patient enough and waited but they have still not appeared for me in game yet.

I am playing on the Xbox Series X console. Please let me know what you'd require from me in order to be able to verify I am a current Insider and how to go about claiming my rewards.

Same issue, playing on PC. I contacted support and they said they'll investigate.

I was late joining the early access, I only joined a week ago but I was apart of the insider program and had many hours before early access release.

I didn't receive my insider rewards, it's been a week and still nothing.

Apparently post here helps? I have seen other threads of people saying they received them after posting here.

Me too! i played in the insider playtest but did not recieve my rewards.. i have tried launching on both steam and EA but to no luck.

Same issue here too, I received the SV bucks but nothing else, tried contacting support and it states no fix available. 

Same here. Still missing my cosmetic rewards but got the bucks. Playtested back in like March/April.

Same here, I've been an insider/playtester since back in March and I still haven't received any of the rewards I was supposed to. I reached out to support who said they would "submit my issue as feedback to the team" but I haven't heard anything since. Seems like other people who have posted here have had their issue fixed pretty fast, so I'm hoping someone from the team will see this.
