I know it was stated to be rolling out in waves but I received a playtest/insider reward but it was only 100 San Van Bucks which is cool but not needed atm as I have my 15,000 in credits from the playtests which again is amazing but I'm sadly missing the board and stickers and I believe a grip tape?

I still haven't received my insider playtest rewards for early access. I only got $200 San van bucks but even that should've been more. Please help!
Don't have mine either, I even submitted a ticket and tried to chat with someone just to get 0 response during the chat. Unbelievable.

Two weeks after release and I still haven't gotten my rewards, even though I was in the insider playtest.
I am also missing my cosmetics and title, I received my van bucks but thats it. I tried launching on EA app instead of steam as some others mentioned but no luck
