my game is extremely laggy

I literally cant play this without pissing me off. My computer is great and it runs everyting except this game. I already tried to change all the configs to see if it would work, but it didnt

when I start playing everything is ok with the game, but when it passes like 5 minutes it starts lagging everything, my character doesnt make the movements and my fps always go to 0 

someone help me
