My PlayStation Trophy won’t progress past 65%

 I’ve been grinding the “On a Heater” trophy for countless hours. I got it up to 65% and now it’s locked and won’t progress any further. I’ve tried deleting the game, syncing my saves and all other kinds of things to fix it but it just won’t progress further than 65%. I’m trying to get all the trophies and this one seems to just not progress. Maybe change the description or figure out the bug because I’m getting fed up wasting hours just for it to not progress whatsoever.
