I was able to confirm you should have the Insider Rewards. (Note: EA Help are unable to assist with this issue - but I have escalated to our internal QV team. For those that are missing the Rewards, a script is run to grant them.)
Will follow up next week on the status.

I just logged in to check if the items had been added and still do not see the insider play test items. Is there any way I could request another review of this issue?
