now after more than a year I'm still banned. What can I say? It's all really ridiculous and no one in support cares. My EA account is perfect; I can play everything (BF6, Need for Speed, and other EA games) except Skate. I'm increasingly convinced that there's a blacklist I was placed on without violating the rules.

I already tried everything I could months ago, but the link has been sent to me multiple times and it's useless. I don't need to know the rules; I've never had any negative behavior in any game. This ban makes no sense.
