Own The Lot / Month 3 broken

How is this game so broken.... I need 3 more tasks for OWN THE LOT but now the entire thing is bugged. Restarting the game didn't fix it.. Daily's are still messing up where you complete them but it doesnt register and you need to restart the game just to complete the tasks again... This is a complete mess and failure of a game. 

Where the hell is the compensation for all these bugs/glitches??
