Own the spot - 180 ollie

I’ve already reported this bug but it’s been 9 days since release and there’s still no patch for it. 

after completing step 1 of the spot 101 mission where you must land a 180 Ollie, I’m always hit with a black screen. This is the case for both PC and PS5, the bug seems to be account wide. 

I’ve seen a few on this forum say to track and untrack the mission but if I enter the mission log I can even use A/X button to track or untrack the mission. 

this is frustrating as I need to complete this quest to progress beyond level 1 it seems. I know this game is early access but this level of obstacle to even play the game is a bit ridiculous.
