Play both crew challenges in tri towers

Playing Crew Challenges and You, both crew challenges in in tri towers, have completed both of them multiple times but game is locked on just 1/2 and am unable to progress from this point.

Game did crash upon completion of the 2nd challenge and since loading back in have been unable to progress despite doing both challenges again and again!
