Players in Party remaining Invisible after Teleport

I’ve been playing since launch and have noticed that whenever a player teleports away (in this case from above The Vault in Market Mile to the top of M-Corp Tower in Hedgemont) the players in their party will remain invisible once they teleport to you. Closing and Reloading the Game usually solves this, however, if you load back into the same server it sometimes does not fix the problem. I have yet to discover an in-game mechanic that can trigger the load cycle on their avatars again so usually close and open is the only option to see and Skate with your friends.
