Poor performance even with decent PC

Hi,

My game is insanly slow and I have a lot of FPS drop and I've found out that the game uses 100% of my CPU even with the lowest graphic settings playing windowed or full screen. According to the Steam requirements, my PC is above the recommended hardware. Here is my configuration :

• CPU : Intel 11th gen I7-11370H 3.30 GHz
• GPU : NVDIA RTX 3060 6GB
• RAM : 32 GB

I dont think my PC is the issue here, because i can play other big titles games like Fortnite, GTA V, Forza Horizon 5, Cyberpunk at 100+ fps on ultra settings. Its only happening in SKATE. 

I believe this is simply an optimisation issue from the devs. Please EA, ADRESS THIS ISSUE.
