Problems with friend list displaying incorrect names

My game says I'm not connected to ea services and it shows on the website it is linked, but I can't someone party but others could join me like normal and I really need have and I'll give the necessary information and pictures of what im experiencing . Therefore there is another person doesn't show up in my friends list.

But furthermore the crossplay is unstable
