Everytime I start the game up it configures, starts loading, takes forever, and once the black and white SKATE. screen disappears, i get a dark black screen that i can do nothing on.I tried deleting and reinstalling, clearing cache, rebuilding my database, but nothing works...
Same issue but on PC!
I am having this issue on PS5 too. I was playing one of the new missions and now the game will simply never load passed the black screen.
Also experiencing this after getting a weird glitch where my character went into terrain and disappeared after going back to my session marker. Tried to reconnect on my xbox and playstation, reset them both and my router, and still am unable to load in. Huge bummer, basically locked out of playing the game at all.
Same problem here. I really wish this was fixed. I don't know what to do.
I'm having the exact same issue and did the same as you. I'm also on the PS5. I saw this post and immediately joined the forums.
It all started while I was playing with a friend at one of the new rooftop spots. We were vibing and having a good time. I set a session marker, respawned after bailing, and the next thing I know my skater turned invisible and couldn't do anything.
After closing the game and reopening it, I reached the black skate. loading screen and it eventually turned into a totally black screen. I uninstalled, cleared the cache, restored the license, and it's still doing the same thing. Kinda bummed because this is a fun game to play if you just want to chill.
