Running my settings on ultra (PC)

I have a system powerful enough for it however once I end a mission it feels like I'm losing a lot of fps after and takes me about three shut downs of the game for it to undo the fps drop.

I have a i-913900 HX

and rtx 4090TI

During pre-alpha I wasn't experiencing this issue. 

I've reset my graphics settings to the lowest ect still get this issue
