Since the season 2 update, every time I launch the game or switch the server (when I join a friend) it sets the screen resolution to the lowest setting (320p or something). I have to change it back manually every single time (first set from borderless to fullscreen, then go back to 1080p, then go back from fullscreen to borderless).
Anyone else? So for I've seen only one person on reddit having the same issue.

I have the same problem; I have to change the graphics options every time I enter the game, whereas in the previous season this didn't happen. Also, when I'm in full screen, it won't let me change the refresh rate and it always stays at 60 fps. I change it to my monitor's 144 fps and it stays at 60. My solution is to put the game in full window mode.

same. windowed fullscreen is completely bunk for me now.
Im on PC , with an 7800xt and ryzen5 7500f , and it does the same thing but even tho the resolution change but not the actual resolution , my main problem is like even tho i put my setting to high or ultra texture doesn t load at all , yesterday it was perfect now from far away in the map my game look like i have a potato pc on can t load texture except if im like really near them..

I'm getting the same thing, I fix the resolution every time I launch but distant textures and objects are being culled way too close to the camera.
I have similar issue, on the lauch it resets always to 640x480 60fps with the only temporary fix being to play on windowed, validating files did nothing and happened only when season 2 got implemented.

They offer impossible tricks and impossible ways to play in good conditions.
It always starts with the lowest resolution, sometimes with the graphics options set to minimum, such as the lowest shadows, etc.
The grind assist always resets to 100% as well, and I always forget to readjust it until I notice it during a grind.
If that were all, I could live with it.
But the game crashes! (It never crashed in Season 1.)
And I'm getting tired of fighting with the options every time I re-start it up.
Okay, it's a free game. But I've put money into it.
And an update is supposed to improve the game, not destroy it, right?same issue and it got much worse today. its never been more evident how little ea actually cares about this game
Same bug happens but after flipping the graphics back all audio including Spotify is completely fried
