skip with Y does not show up on when subtitles set to off
If the setting "Accessibility-Language-Subtitles" is turned OFF the "skip with Y" on the bottom right corner of videos is missing.

Upvoted, just had this same realization today. Please fix. This bug would linger in the game for god knows how long if it weren't reported.
