Softlocked by Skatepedia (wont open and consistently happening)

i sucked at getting consistent shuv its, so i went to skatepedia, and it wont open, im stuck on my phone in the middle of the map, everyone else around me is fine n dandy.

steps to reproduce, be at the rolling waves skatepark and try to use skatepedia to do pop shuv its and get softlocked out of skatepedia. its happened twice now, the first one kicked me from server.
