LOCATION: North West corner across from Steamer's Reach: Circular planter made of bricks
Landing in Boardslide or Lipslide on the circular planter made of bricks causes you to gain a ton of speed and keeps you going in circles even if you were stationary. I even went backwards.
Smith, 5-0, and Willie cause this as well. Not sure about the Over Willie.
I'm on PC and running the game from the EA App through the Epic Launcher since I downloaded it from the Epic Lancher.
Someone else from my crew did it as well and he plays on PS4, PS5. So seems to be a cross platform issue but I'm not sure about Xbox.
I tried to attach the video but the file size was over the limit, so I put it on Streamable. It'll be available for the next 2 days before it's automatically deleted.

After exporting the video, I tried it again and after going in circles for some time, I disappeared from the planter and reappeared at the corner of Rolling Waves skate park where the blue rail is, across from The Orb plaza without arms or legs. I could still move so I got on my board, and after the animation, I spun on the ground really fast and disappeared again. This time I reappeared across the street from the Hollywood Walk of Fame (I forget what that place is called in-game). I had arms and legs again but I was being carried like a skateboard by another player. I was just sideways being carried. I tried to move and this caused me to disappear and reappear on the sidewalk where they were standing, but I was without arms or legs again. I could still move but couldn't go anywhere. Other players could still see me and my clothes were flapping and could hear the sound of wind like I was falling or flying through the sky. Then my game crashed.
Unfortunately I didn't get video of this, I was laughing too hard.
