Stuck on loading screen

Hello! moppzee​ 13589122​ are you both still experiencing this issue? If you are, during the black screen if you turn the volume up with game sound effects turned on, do you hear sound from the world?

So i load in its the normal title screen im on steam btw and when i start loading well it doesnt it just sits ther loading for some reason steam says its running even though the game is closed andi open it time and time again with the same result just a black loading screen its repeated ive verified my filies and done stuff google told me to do and still nothing my main question though is why does it still way running??? so if anyone could help me out that would be nice thank you!
