SvB to TIX issue.

This kinda sucks and puts me off a little… but i purchased the skate pass, it worked but i also spent £4.49 to get the SVB to THEN CONVERT INTO TIX CURRENCY to then start purchasing items from the skate pass and unlock the next page, i purchased the Tix with the SVB but i haven't received it yet, i have come off the game and back on again after some time an its still the same as when before i bought the TIX … help please? 

Before i purchased the Tix for 500 SVB i already had 819 Tix after getting the skate pass, the amount i purchase extra was the 1400 which from my purchase should of been a total amount of 2,219TIX BUT ITS STILL AT 819
