SVlocs Challenge bug and slow motion in block parties

The SVLOCS crew mission to earn 50k points in Gullcrest is bugged; the points earned in-game aren't counting toward the mission—it's stuck at 1,077 points and won't budge And my game gets so laggy during Block Parties that it practically goes into slow motion; I only managed to complete a few Block Party-related challenges because I turned off crossplay and ended up on a solo server.
