I am stuck on the fourth step, i have completed it but its saying listen to lizzy she says her lines and then it doesn't carry with the next mission

this happen to me but every time I complete 4/5 task the count after 10 sec restart from 0
Yeah im on xbox stuck on 4/4 step for transition skating 101 and restarted about 50 times, deleted reserve space, uninstall/reinstalled, stopped for hours and came back. I just want to level up lol everything else game-wise (free skate) has been fun. EA please fix.
Same here, except it’s on step 3/4. It directs me to complete the session challenge, in which I’ve completed every objective and “shut down” a few dozen times. 😢 completely blocking my progress.
This happened to me since launch and I've been stuck in the last step since then
