My UI and menus keep disappearing or flickering, or large chunks go missing, text on the screen is garbled, etc. Game is basically unplayable. This wasn't happening before the latest update. My PC is running fine.
Just found a temporary workaround to fix the menus while you're trying to navigate them. Alt tabbing out and then back in while you're in the menu seemed to fix my menus. With that said, it only lasts until you close and reopen the menu. Then it bugs out again. But if you're trying to update your skater or something, alt tabbing out and back in should fix your menu so you can at least do what you need to do.
Same issue here, I also have a 9070xt. Seeming like a AMD driver issue considering everyone commenting in here has an AMD card.

I have a RX 9070 XT also
I first noticed this issue on February 1st, date confirmed by a screenshot I sent to my brother the same day. The issue has been persistent since then, tried reinstalling, verifying file integrity, nothing. Screenshots of some of the affected elements attached. Issues as described by OP are also present but difficult to capture with a screenshot lol.
I also have the RX 9070 XT on driver version 26.2.2 and a 9800x3D. I didn't realize I actually haven't played the game for a month or so maybe, but I never had this issue before today's update.

Have this bug for like a month and havent play the game because of it for all this time hoping it will get fixed (alongside resolution resetting bug).
