Unable to adjust/move camera during export. (PC)

Previous to the December 2nd update, you were able to move the camera or adjust the camera angle during the exporting of a replay clip. This allowed you more control and made it easier to get cool angles and shots. Now, since the December 2nd update, you cannot move the camera or adjust angle while you are exporting the clip. Is there a setting I missed or is this a bug?
