Unable to exchange credits for skate pass currency

Hi, I'm experiencing a bug when it comes to the skate pass. I am about 3250 tickets away from completing the pass and was planning on using my remaining credits to exchange so I could complete it. Well, when I had about 5000 tickets left until completion the game prompted me with a warning when exchanging 1000 credits for tickets saying that "I am purchasing more than I will be allowed to spend, do you want to proceed?" verbatim. 

As you can see, I was nowhere close to being complete on the skate pass. The reason I believe this is a bug is because it allowed me to actually convert currency to tickets whilst viewing the skate pass page but once I re-opened the menu that was completely gone.

Wondering if this happened to anyone else?
