Stuck on the Crew challenges in “Crew Challenges and You” misssion in Hedgemont Tri-Towers, I have completed both it’s only showing that one is completed. Can’t progress any further. On completion of on of them the game crashed. I have tried troubleshooting, reloaded game, uninstalled application, deleted both save files on system and cloud save.

Step 3/7 - it says "play both crew challenges in Tri-Towers, 1/2" when i did both of the challenges, is there another part I'm not seeing?

I relatively just started, and I was going through the missions pretty quickly until I reached tour, one skater eyes, ripping for rewards after I teleported back to the extrovert shop to level up. It leveled me up, but never finished the quest because I had gotten off-line at that moment while still in the shop and now whenever I go back in it says the quest is completed, but I’m not onto the next one

Step 3/7 - Ive complete the 2 crew challanges solo and with others.
The text in the top left has a line through it but say 0/2 and isnt progressing me
As this is the first tour im literally locked out of everything except free roaming

In the skater eyes - open your eyes challenge at the tri-towers where you have to complete the two crew challenges i have done them both perfectly and it keeps saying i have only done 1/ 2 and wont let me move on to any more challenges. I am playing on an xbox. I have restarted the game, reinstalled it too and it’s still the same.
My mission Tour 1: Skater Eyes Neighborhood Level Up is stuck on the first task Go to extrovert to level up. This task is completed the 1st out of 5. It will not allow me to progress further. I tried to level up again to see if maybe that would fix the bug but it’s till stuck. Please help with this.

Been stuck on this mission since Day 1 leveled the shop up five times and completed all the district challenges done all the bug fixes like re-installing the game and teleporting to other players to reset the map but nothing fixing the issue, spent the 2 days leveling up from 4 to 5 hoping it'll fix it but nothings working, if anyone got any new troubleshooting methods please let me know its appreciated
