Unwanted Shop purchased when claiming skate pass cosmetic

I was claiming the free items on the last page of the skate pass when I was met with a pop up that said ‘The skate.pass has changed and needs to be reloaded’ After I realised that the game had somehow purchased some Halloween themes shoes when I was in the skate pass. 
In the video you can see my San Van bucks go from 500 down to 250 after claiming the grip tape. How can I refund this?
