EA_Gunner what is being done in the mean time when people erroneously spend their crystals on shipments? I just attempted to get my crystals refunded through EA Help and they were of no assistance. Instead, I was told, "Well there is no such lagging issue reported by any player." When I provided examples, they only recommended I up vote forum posts and did nothing to remedy the issue of the crystals spent on a character I already had at 7 stars.
Think yourself lucky the even responded to you. They just bloody ignored me.
Oh don't worry - the ignoring came directly after me citing these forum posts. They pointed me here, closed my ticket, and left the chat.
