Dear team, I bought the ability ascension 2 but not able to claim the free items. please reference the screenshot. Bug happens in windows and android version.

The arrows under/to the sides of each box indicate the path to the free stuff. You've claimed all the top row. You need to buy the $6.63 item to get the next two free things, then the $14.23 one for the next free thing, then the $27.53 one and so on.
