The Quest Chain 4-A of Anniversary Quest, which was scheduled to be released on February 10, still hasn’t appeared even after a week has passed.

It was communicated that they weren't loaded in the update that happened on 2/4, so they weren't active on 2/10...they are being loaded in today's update and should be active as soon as the game updates around 2:15pm eastern
where did you see this?
Were you getting that from a source at CG or just hoping that it would occur that way based on how previous mistakes were handled?
