Please CG, you know this is a known issue, it has already cost us many matches at Territory Wars, Grand Arena Championship, and now wasting energy at Conquest. You need to fix this.

CG doesn’t give a dam*n about this issue because fixing it doesn’t bring them any financial benefit. They won’t lift a finger to sort it out.
Since there’s no money in fixing it, don’t expect them to even blink

I don't understand why all of these bug reports move to "Troubleshooting" as if there is something players should be doing on their end to locate the missing buttons... Unless I'm just misunderstanding.
I've been commenting on every single one of these posts about the ability buttons disappearing. I unlocked GL Ahsoka Tano on Day 1, and the number of times this has happened to me is way too frequent. I've lost GAC battles, which led to losing the entire round against my opponent, lost TW battles where I had to drop out, causing us to get less banners, and I've lost TB battles where the only option is to forfeit, losing out on banners.
CG, this is a huge problem, and I've gone round and round with the "in-game" help too, and that goes nowhere. Please believe the people who support your game. Without us, there is no you
