Android mobile won't load game unless on wifi

Game won't load when not on wifi.  Says internet connection is a problem and game never loads.  Been like this since the latest update.  Can't play on mobile data, only wifi.  I've Uninstaller and reinstalled and still same issues.  I'm ready yo quit this pathetic game
