Anniversary Quests Missing

Event did not launch at sever reset or Andor launch 

Same for both my accounts everyone in my alliance

This screw up cost me my first round of GAC. Leia had one less zeta and drogan didn’t have his GAC omicron. Where is compensation for this blatant failure

I have the same problem. The Anniversary Quest didn’t appear, but it was supposed to.
