In the attached clip you can see Bane killing Appo after siphoning his Max HP, and Appo dies while LV is still alive. Corouscant Commander is supposed to prevent Appo's death ouright.
Ideas
Reducing to 1 hp messes with a lot of things. You can also kill people with the F34-T disc after reducing them to 1 hp.
Kelleren Beq, meanwhile, CAN'T be killed if you reduce him to 1 hp.
Not sure they'll bother to fix these things.
