Hi, i just finished arena round 2. I have 10M+ GP oposing player has 9M+ GP. we both did 0 banners and i lost the arena fight. All rules are saying player with highest GP wins.

You both lost. You need a minimum of 10 banners to count for rewards. If you look at the table of all eight players you'll have the same number of wins/losses.
