Same here. Usually happens on the first attempt, but I just wasted my last attempt this time trying to move up the ranks. Screw spending crystals on a refresh - this is costing people Era Shipment currency, so make it up to us CG - and I don't mean the crap rewards you give us for the Galactic Challenge replacement - who thought those rewards for a week-long event you can only do once was a good idea?
