Baylan FDC - Hondo Escaping at 10 Ransom

I've been using the Baylan focused datacron and am seeing Hondo escape even though he has 10 stacks of Ransom when the Captive enemy is defeated. Hondo's unique reads, "... If a Captive enemy is def...
