The issue is that you are unable to account (or account in general) for the Webstore retrieval and as such are unable to set the timer right by *tieing it (appearantly) to their DailyReset correctly
Woulda taken you 60 seconds to grab that allycode, run the .gg and see the daily reset and use the internal tools at your disposal to check the webstore login

Hey, I'm the one who lost two zetas becouse of this issues to the last two bonus calenders. I get it on the web store and opened the game on the same day, but was already delayed.
Becouse i didn't exspect a compensation, i already spent 50 kristalls per calender to get both zetas.
Would be nice to get a respond for that.
