Broken Scavenger on PC Client

Normally, if I have zero of a pieces of salvage for the Scavenger, I can click on that piece anyway and find it, so that I can farm and potentially salvage toward relic materials. I was in the middle of doing this, when suddenly, I lost this ability on the PC client. Any salvage piece that has zero piece is grayed out and can't be clicked on. I logged out and back in. I can still click through on the phone client. But the PC client appears to be permanently broken on the "find pieces" part of the scavenger node if I don't already have some. What's going on?
