I started the Game and after the little Update it went to a Level 2 Account without the possibility to link my Account. Google or EA Account isnt working. The last Time I played was some hours ago and everything was normal.I tried clearing Cache Data but it stays the same. My Ally Code: 672822199
it happen to me as well on android Samsung device . You have to level up like level 3 or 4 and keep trying to connect to EA account on Game Settings. obiyan1988
the connect Button in the game settings is missing...
do you see the word Connect in the Game Settings?
I can't see not the connect button neither the in game chat.
Both are caused by account been defined as an underage account. Last time it happened to me I had to do a factory reset to my phone.
I hope this time it won't be necessary
