On Sunday the 13st of April I attempted to purchase the CC-1119 “Appo” II pack from the web store. (Using Apple Pay ). Payment went through, receipts received from all parties - confirmation was received in inbox in the game.. and I pressed «claim». After claiming it I got the following (see attachment), webstore still has the CC-1119 “Appo” II package available.. but suffice to say, the «payout» of crystals wasn’t what I expected to receive.
any tips or thoughts on how to resolve this?

you will find attached the proof of payment + the blatant increase in my crystals while this pack obviously does not contain any. This was the first time this happened to me despite the few purchases I made on the web store. I hope this problem will be resolved quickly.
